James Capobianco brings five years of hands-on estate management experience to everything Gilded House Curated does. A New York native who made South Florida home, he built his career around one principle: that the people who trust you deserve more than competence. They deserve genuine care.
After five years working in South Florida's private estate management space, James saw a need that wasn't being met. The region's most extraordinary private residences, the kind of estates that represent a family's legacy and not just an asset, were being managed with the same transactional approach as ordinary rental properties. He founded Gilded House Curated to change that.
Today, Gilded House Curated serves a select roster of prominent homeowners and family offices across Palm Beach, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, and Broward County. Every client relationship is personal. Every management plan is built from scratch. And every property is treated with the level of attention its owners have always expected but rarely received.
